Quotation of the Day

I took a mental health day...

My day only could've gotten better if my friends were with me. It was in the mid 80’s with a slight breeze. Perfect pool weather. I got tons of sun, read half a book, rescued a frog from certain death, and had some beers.

Speaking of the frog I saved. You would have thought I was rescuing a drowning child with the speed at which once I saw it was struggling I jumped in. It was a tad on the fat side, so he just kept sinking. I am a fan of the toads if you didn’t already know. Bull frogs..no, toads…yes.

And for an update about the one on my patio that keeps eating the cat food….he is large and in charge. I believe if he was human he would be considered obese. I’m actually afraid he might pop. And if you look closely you’ll see that snails are also into cat food. Who knew.

You have to buy, rent, Netflix, or steal Big Trouble.

Seriously.

I wouldn't mention it if it weren't urgent.

Does your cat eat??? If I were your cat I would freak out seeing a ginormous frog in my feed bowl...oh and the snails, totally gross...

Name entry for "name the toad" is leopold. Not sure why, I guess fat ass is just too obvious.

I saw the photo before I read your post, and thought thta was a pice of fish or something, on a dinner plate.

Gross.

What half a book did you read?

It's like an all you can eat buffet! I think his name should be Harvey.

Hell, who needs a toad to finish off the cat food when you have a dog like mine that thinks cat food tastes better.

Did you touch it, or poke it with a stick? :P

I'm totally into TOAD! Mine is still a baby and Joe has a hard time weedeating and mowing grass, but so far he has managed to hop ahead of imminent doom. Toad sits with me at night on the patio smoking and drinking wine. Yep. He's a derelect.
