Things I'm loving today

1. That it's going to snow...again. What the hell??? I want to mow the lawn, not shovel the driveway, what a bunch of crap.

2. That 3 of the 4 top seeds in the tourney lost yesterday AND the 'Cuse took down UConn. You don't have to love or even like sports to get behind the underdogs.

3. That I am again embracing my inner redneck. There is something to be said for it and I can't wait for summer when I can put it on full display.

4. The word "ambigram". It describes a tattoo that spells something when you look at it the right way, the when you flip it upside down, it either spells the same word or a totally different word. I think my favorite was the combo of sinner and saint. Yes friends, there is a new tattoo in the works.

5. That Bernard Madoff had to go to jail yesterday. I find great justice in that. I hardly think house arrest in his $7 million penthouse befits his crime. I hope someone had a cousin who has a friend in Rikers that makes his stay as miserable as humanly possible.

6. The guards at EDCF-North. I loathe these people. The guards at the other place weren't bad. They were pleasant and nice to my kids. Last weekend this particular jack-ass decided to search my daughter while I was busy doing something else. Here's the thing...they can search her and I cannot do anything about it, but why don't you wait until her guardian is with her. I of course don't say anything because well, I don't. Come to find out he's a little bitter because the guards from the other unit will be there this weekend and most of them have been reassigned. Karma is a bitch my friend.

7. Only five days until Leslie gets her Happy Tournament gift. I can't wait!

8. And this. I giggle hysterically every time I see it!
